All candles are handcrafted and may vary slightly in appearance. Orders are processed with 3-5 business days, and all sales are final unless and it arrives damaged. By purchasing, customers agree to follow proper candle safety guidelines when using our products.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Keep away from children and pets.
- Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn to prevent excessive flame and smoke.
- Do not burn a candle for more than 3-4 hours at a time.
- Always place candles on a heat-resistant stable surface.
- Keep candles away from drafts, flammable objects, and direct airflow.
- Stop burning when about 1/2 inch of wax remains in the container.
- Allow the candle to cool before touching or moving it.
Return and Refund Policy
At Beauty for Ashes Candles, each candle is handcrafted with care. Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not except returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with you order number and photos of each item and packaging. After review, we may offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.
